There's pressure on many to get more done with less resource. Could you benefit by taking on short term interns to support the business get things done that may not be possible with the current resources? We've invited Aija Bruvere from CEA CAPA to expand on this and explain questions like what skills do they bring and when are they are available.\n\n\n\nAnd then there's the people you already have in the business .
