The Chamber values your input. And getting your feedback is something we have done in the past and has significantly influenced the shape of the program.\n\n\n\nThis group comprises business owners\, senior women in businesses\, leaders and aspiring leaders who want to learn\, share and grow both personally and professionally.\n\n\n\nIt has had tremendous support from BSI Learning which has provided access to part-funded diploma and advanced diploma training to members and their teams\; as well as de Lorenzo Hair & Skin Science which provides access to a complete range of salon quality hair & skincare products.\n\n\n\nAnd while this network is focused on making meaningful connections among women. We also welcome men to participate and add to productive discussions.\n\n\n\n\n\nMeet Laura S ez Prieto\, Co-Director of CUPRA\, Australia\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLaura is a seasoned automotive professional with nearly nine years at SEAT S.A.\, currently serving as Regional Sales Manager and Acting Director at CUPRA Australia. She previously held roles as Purchasing Project Manager\, where she played a key role in strategic initiatives\, supplier relations\, and organisational restructuring. Laura began her career with an internship at Bloomberg LP\, gaining insights into financial data and sales. She holds a degree in Economics from UV (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and is known for her leadership\, analytical skills\, and ability to drive impactful change across departments.\n\n \n\nRuchi Motial-Suri leads the feedback discussions\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nRuchi Motial-Suri believes that leadership is about creating empowered teams combining good people with excellent processes to create high performing environments. \n\nRuchi founded Success Culture\, a consulting firm with a focus on creating impactful and influential everyday leaders and teams.\n\n \n\nThe idea was born from Ruchi's experience of managing large scale and complex projects.
