In fact\, to be a Femeconomy-Certified business requires that business to have at least 30% of women as board directors or to be 50% female-owned!\n\n\n\nYou are the female economy.\n\n\n\nThe belief is that channelling purchasing power towards these businesses can potentially assist their profitability\, leading to the potential for more women in leadership roles\, who can contribute to better gender equality outcomes.
