This is a new opportunity to get the advanced skills and professional edge that set you apart in 2 stages:
1. This Workshop provides insights on how to grow both yours' and your team's business skills and capabilities
2. At the conclusion of the Workshop attendees have the opportunity to indicate interest in enrolling in the Business Growth Program (BSB50215 Diploma in Business) which will be conducted over an 8 month period.

Under the expert guidance of a team of facilitators and industry experts - conducted both face-to-face, in groups and supported online over 8 months - you'll discover solutions to overcome common business growth obstacles and learn how to make strategic and tactical changes that will help you to unlock your business growth potential.
While earning a recognised qualification - a Diploma of Business at the same time.

Over the course of 2018, BSI Learning partnered with the CBD Sydney Chamber to create the Women in Leadership Diploma; training almost 30 business people, at no individual student cost*. These participants are developing invaluable business skills and one-on-one relationships.

In 2019 two further learning opportunities will be presented. This Business Growth Program (BSB50215 Diploma in Business) and an Advanced Diploma in Leadership.
Who Should Attend?
This is perfectly suited to small business owners, leaders and entrepreneurs and their team members who already possess substantial work-based experience, but want broader exposure to business functions including: finance, business strategy, sales and marketing and personal leadership. There are no specific entry requirements.
