Hear from a local Wine producer Cassegrain Wines

Cassegrain Wines is a CBD Sydney Chamber Member that produces a range of wines that marries traditional French winemaking methods with modern Australian technology.

At this event Sommelier Pierre will introduce a range of Cassegrain Wines including a Methode Traditionelle Chardonnay Pinot Noir, Edition Noir Voigner, Chardonnay, Chambourcin and a White Label Shiraz!

We'll also hear about CUPRA's latest investment in global EV manufacturing from Jerome Figuiere the Head of CUPRA in Australia.

About Cassegrain Wines

Cassegrain Wines is based is the Hastings River region, just outside Port Macquarie. Its traditions and expertise is based on a family winemaking legacy that dates back to 1643! Cassegrain's first vines were planted by John Cassegrain which was the first plantings in the region for over 60 years. This region was officially recognised as a Wine Region by an Australian Geographic Indication in 1999 - with roughly 200 hectares of planted vineyards across six wineries.

While many of us enjoy a glass of wine, the business of wine making can be a tough business
Learn about their journey while tasting some of their local wines matched with a tasting of matched cheeses!
