Success in business isn't just about knowledge, experience or capability. Many accomplished professionals still question themselves, hesitate before speaking up, or wonder if they're truly ready for the next opportunity.

Ruchi founded Success Culture, a consulting firm with a focus on creating impactful and influential everyday leaders and teams.
 The idea was born from Ruchi’s experience of managing large scale and complex projects. She packages this experience combined with neuroscience-based techniques to assist other leaders improve work cultures and create high performing teams. She is passionate about using this experience to help Small & Medium Business Enterprises set up teams for success by focusing on the people and their needs.
