This group is focused on harnessing our collective knowledge, skills and experience to create a supportive network that fosters learning and connection.
The last event hosted by Jacqui Barrett at Hall & Wilcox lit the fire under a conversation around communication. Tulsi and Anne guided the discussion around how important it is and what the consequences might be for individuals and the workplace environment when leaders get it wrong - not to mention the impact poor communication has on individual's emotional and professional commitment.
Everyone had some experience of poor communication and had something to contribute.
It appeared that this was a topic that needed further communication and discussion. Plus some guidance on techniques and approaches that can be used to deflect and manage situations where poor communication threatens to create issues - for everyone.
Tulsi will lead this workshop. She'll be looking to involve everybody who wants to contribute. Anne will also share some of her own experiences and thoughts on techniques that can assist. Ultimately, this is an opportunity to both share and learn even more from each other.
Meet the team
We are fortunate to have Tulsi van de Graaff, Partner - Brave People Solutions as facilitator and communications expert extraordinaire. Tulsi is a communication and conflict specialist and former lawyer with a psychology, mediation, counselling and investigation background. She specialises in solving the communication, conflict, conduct and culture challenges and creating impressive teams, great people and inspiring leaders.
Anne McKeon from 2Mpower Coaching is passionate around empowering professional women to step up, speak up and show up with confidence in business and life. Anne is an executive coach who combines her own experience with NLP techniques. She has created a step by step Process for Success that shows how to reignite the spark in your life and work, so you feel happier and more successful every day. Bringing over 25 years experience from working in Corporate, Higher Education and the Voluntary sector, as well as running my own coaching business since 2015.
