Event Description:

Feel like a morning coffee and catch up?

This coffee/discussion morning brings together a small group of legal businesses to discuss opportunities around collaboration and how to build and maintain  scalable and sustainable practices.

Those invited are/ have been involved as Chamber Members. As a Chamber our purpose is to connect, engage and support like-minded businesses to bring about positive business outcomes.

Recent individual conversations have highlighted some of the challenges facing the professional services sector in the CBD. Among others these include hiring and retaining key staff, creating succession pathways to support partnership potential and building business to sustainable levels that support investment and commitment to commercial overheads.

This session will include a brief presentation by Michael Perkins Principal of Autonomy First Lawyers.  Michael is a lawyer, author and educator with over 30 years experience in trusts, estates and private client practice. He is also involved with The Institute for Collaborative Working Australia (ICW Aus - https://www.instituteforcollaborativeworking.com/About-ICW/ICW-International/ICW-Australia).

We see this as the hopefully the beginning of a conversation that can continue among those who attend. Based on your feedback we may re-convene to assist support ongoing opportunity.
