Ruchi founded Success Culture, a consulting firm with a focus on creating impactful and influential everyday leaders and teams. Ruchi has over 30 years’ corporate leadership experience with blue chip organisations in Asia, Australia & UK, specialising in turning around under-performing teams.
 
She is passionate about using this experience to help Small & Medium Business Enterprises set up teams for success by focusing on the people and their needs. Her training programs are structured to improve your return on investment by focusing on motivation and mindset to increase productivity – no expensive organisational changes required!
 
Ruchi is a certified NLP master practitioner and international speaker. Ruchi has a Masters in Computers and a Bachelor’s in Physics.

Jennifer Benedek

        

Is principal and director of FWD Focus is keenly passionate about guiding clients on marketing. Jennifer specialises in applying a strategic custom-designed approach to build the personas and profiles of C-suites, professional partners and leaders through a broad marketing lens and both business and individual perspectives.

As a business owner and having had tremendous opportunities to advise across diverse industries together with 25 years of collective experience in marketing places Jennifer in an ideal position to positively enhance your market presence and achieve your desired objectives – for you as a professional, linked to your business and the connection between the two.
Jennifer’s own career has covered global to small and family-run organisations, and she is a company co-founder of ten years experiencing wins and successes, taking on initiatives and changes and challenges herself. Part of her journey combines advisory council and executive committee roles, as a Mentor and speaker and completing a Bachelor of Business (marketing).
