\nCassegrain Wines is based is the Hastings River region\, just outside Port Macquarie. Its traditions and expertise is based on a family winemaking legacy that dates back to 1643! Cassegrain"\;s first vines were planted by John Cassegrain which was the first plantings in the region for over 60 years. This region was officially recognised as a Wine Region by an Australian Geographic Indication in 1999 - with roughly 200 hectares of planted vineyards across six wineries.\n
