About Us

Ewhurst property Group is a commercial real estate consultancy specialising in retail with over 30 years of industry wide experience. Crombie Pitts is also a National Accredited Mediator and founded CP Mediations where he combines commercial and practical experience to provide quality mediation processes.

Crombie Pitts acts as a tenant representative, negotiating new leases/resites and upsizing or down sizing. He also represents landlords to lease shopping centres and has been contracting for the last 3 years to Savills managing a variety of shopping centres including setting up Bay Central, Woolooware; Cranebrook Village; Terrace Central at Raymond Terrace; Campsie Centre; Miller Central.

A mediator guides participants through a process to maximise effective dialogue, identify issues and resolve matters to meet the needs and goals of all those involved.
