Make Even More Connections

This After 5 Networking evening is presented by the CBD Sydney Chamber as a collaboration partner for Small Business Month 2024 with the support of the Office of the NSW Small Business Commissioner.

Keynote Presentation on Mental Health and your team

The work environment has the potential to have an impact on your team’s mental health.

Most of us are probably aware that ongoing work-related stress can cause both psychological and physical harm. Like any other physical health and safety risk, psychological health risks must be managed as part of WHS obligations of a business - it’s now a business requirement.

But it’s not easy when the business leaders and/or business owners are themselves struggling given the challenges of the current environment.

Creating a psychologically safe environment allows people to work in a way that suits them best and hence allows them to be the most productive – alleviating a whole heap of stress!

So how can you create such environments where you can manage your own stress levels and at the same time create safe spaces for your team?
