Event Description:

The CBD Women in Business Network kicked off 2019 with a collaborative workshop on The Things We Can Do Together with excellent presentations from Nicole Shore from IMPACT100 Sydney and Nat Verdon from Briometrix. Plus a great feedback session.

This event is slightly different.
Join us this time for a 'conversation' on Emotional Agility:
What is emotional agility and how do you strengthen it and draw upon it in times of struggle?

In this busy life, with the well-known juggle and the unexpected challenges and changes that life throws at you, how emotionally agile are you? Are you able to find a way of moving forward, of managing those challenging times and emotions? Do you have the right strategies in your emotional agility tool box?

Our panel of successful women share their own personal stories, explore the strategies they use in difficult times and will workshop with you ways to develop emotional agility for a better work and personal life.

The Panel

Tulsi van de Graaff, Partner Brave People Solutions is a communication and conflict specialist and former lawyer with a psychology, mediation, counselling and investigation background.
