What is Brave Empathy and why is it important?

Brave empathy is the ability to bring care, support and empathy while at the same time being strong, embracing your boundaries and having the important conversations that you need to have.  This can be a hard balance to find and we will focus on practical tools, insights and skills that with help you do this.  It is about being kind to yourself and to others, recognising that your values and needs matter and finding ways to have strong and tender conversations.

We will explore:

  • strategies to identify your own needs and boundaries
  • empathy blockers that get in the way of connected conversations
  • communication tools that allow you to be strong and assertive and stay connected to others
  • helpful communication strategies to support participants to solve their own communication challenges.

This work will help you enhance connection and clarity in work, life and love.
