Following on from our recent workshop around Brave Empathy you are invited to join a a practical and engaging discussion/workshop led by communication conflict and relationships therapist specialist Tulsi van de Graaff on the 5 top communication mistakes to overcome in business, life and love.
Hear from Tamara Pallos - an experienced relationship therapist from Couples Counselling Sydney - speak about the five common communication mistakes in both couple and work relationships:
- Being non-assertive
- Being aggressive
- Mindreading
- Being defensive/not taking responsibility
- Having an imbalanced ratio of positive to negative feedback
Together they will explore with you, how these 5 mistakes are seen in business, life and love and strategies to overcome these. We will have opportunities to build self-awareness, skills and knowledge and reflect and share experiences to overcome these communication challenges.
