The CBD Women in Business Network welcomes you to join this interactive discussion that will be led by Tulsi van de Graff as our facilitator.
The Background
Since we were last able to have a face-to-face get together so much has gone down with working relationships continuing to be pulled between in-office and working-from-home, family challenges of managing those who may have been affected by the pandemic and the challenges the economy has presented our businesses. Some have done well, others have had different experiences. It all adds up to creating tensions that can lead to stress among work colleagues and within personal relationships.
One way forward
One of the proven ways forward is to share, talk and learn among a trusted group - enhancing connection, learning from each other and feeling not alone. This can be even more effective when that discussion is focused and when there is an opportunity to share and learn tools and tips.
This Women in Business Network is providing an opportunity to do this and to learn from Tulsi who is a specialist in communication, conflict and supporting wellbeing..
Another way forward
The support of Mentors can also make a huge difference.
Mentors are those experienced in helping to constructively support personal and professional development and to overcome challenges and obstacles. Professional support can enhance strategic approaches to your business requirements, help you plan financially and to grow and to build on the strength of your business.
Again, this Women in Business Network is looking at ways in which you and your business might benefit from this support.
