CBD Women in Business Network
This group is focused on bringing together women in business through a range of informal learning and networking events.
Hosted by the CBD Sydney Chamber of Commerce, the group comprises business owners, senior women in small and medium sized businesses, leaders and aspiring leaders who want to learn, share and grow both personally and professionally.
And while this network is focused on making meaningful connections among women, we invite men to participate and add to productive discussions.
Join us for the workshop over breakfast and networking
Our guest speaker will Tulsi van de Graaff, a communication and conflict expert, as well as a mediator and relationship therapist. She is also a Partner with Brave People Solutions.- a business focused on creating impressive teams, inspiring leaders and great people.
The focus of this session will be workshopping how to be a more successful communicator. Learning how to better identify the red, orange and green lights that might influence how you steer a conversation or pitch. In groups we'll explore some work-based scenarios and share them with the group; while Tulsi will provide practical tips on how to be more confident of getting the outcome you were actually looking for. It's designed to be interactive and to build your confidence almost immediately!
