An interactive workshop exploring how to deal with conflict even better
Thinking about how to manage the conflicts and differences of opinion that arise can be an interesting discussion.
Especially in working environments that can be so different.
Ranging from a micro business to a small to larger business, as well as corporate or government/ statutory entities. Where sometimes even a proportion of the hours may involve being in a home office or working-from-home. The need to balance personal and professional relationships is key no matter what the environment.
No matter what the stage of your career and despite best intentions, conflicts do arise. And how well have you managed these? Can you do even better?
In this workshop Tulsi van de Graaff will share her experience as a psychologist and qualified therapist, mediator and coach. She will lead the discussion and explain effective conflict management strategies for women (and men) to help get and keep both personal and professional relationships in-balance.
Tulsi van de Graaff, Brave People Solutions
Our speaker and facilitator Tulsi van de Graaff, is a former lawyer with a background in psychology and a qualified therapist, mediator and coach. Through her business, Brave People Solutions, she partners with organisations, leaders, teams and staff to strengthen workplace cultures, resolve communication and conflict challenges and support teams to repair and rebuild through a specialist team program. Her expertise includes leadership coaching and the development of true resilience, confidence and advanced communication and connection skills.
