It’s been a strange and tough year and In Conversation, Mitch and Tulsi will explore the mental health challenges impacting on so many and the healing potential of the mind through the power of storytelling, conversation and living with authenticity.
About Your Panel
Mitch Wallis
Mitch devotes himself full-time to helping solve the single biggest issue facing his generation – mental health.
He was appointed the first ever ambassador for the Australia and New Zealand Mental Health Association. He has featured across Sky News, Channel 10’s The Project, and recognised by GQ Magazine as a Man of Influence Shaping Society as part of their 2019 Gentleman's Ball Issue. Mitch has spoken at/is working with – some of the most recognised companies in the country including American Express, Google, Spotify, Dropbox, Woolworths, Salesforce, Suncorp, and more.
Mitch has worked hard ensuring that much needed mental health support has been provided to people across Australia during this difficult time.
Tulsi van de Graaff
Tulsi is Partner of Brave People Solutions, specialising in supporting staff, teams, leaders and organisations to overcome the communication, conflict and work place culture challenges that undermine relationships, collaboration, productivity and wellbeing.
She also works at Heart on My Sleeve as a coach and facilitator. Tulsi is a former lawyer with a psychology, mediation and counselling background with a passion for making a difference. She is a committed volunteer at Dress for Success running workshops on building confidence, self esteem and resilience to support women in need find employment and achieve greater wellbeing.
