This is a virtual event. A link will be provided.
Virtual Discussion & Networking is back!
CBD Sydney Chamber in partnership with The Business Alliance (NSW) will present a combination of blended virtual and face-to-face events in 2021.
This is the first Business Formula virtual event of 2021 and the topic of property and investing is a significant thought for many Australians.
So how important is property to your business and personal success in 2021?
This will be a panel discussion. Each Panel Member will be invited to provide a very brief perspective on their expert opinion and then it’s over to the audience for a Q&A session.
Unlike much of what we are exposed to in the media, these are small business owners who, just like you, have worked hard to manage their businesses over the course of the pandemic. Each are involved in different aspects of the property industry and have different, valuable perspectives to share.
Where to for Property Owners, Prospective Buyers, Lessees?
Property has always been important to Australians.
Whether it’s your home, a residential investment or a commercial property – these are significant assets and one where the right timing and advice is can be critical to your personal and business success. And as businesses, your relationship with your property owner and your lease commitments have been of key importance during the lockdowns and working from home challenges associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.
If you listen to the commentary by the Banks and other financial experts, they suggest that savvy investors might expect double digit increase in the price of Australian residential property in 2021. This could be an important indicator of an upturn in the Australian economy and must have an impact on business. What are your thoughts? And what do some experts in the space have to say?
If you have a commercial lease, what are the key issues that are still being faced? Do you still need help to resolve them?
