You've created a draft Business Digitisation Priority Plan. In Workshop 2 we check - in how you're progressing the Plan,
The CBD Sydney Chamber is proud to present this follow up to the initial digitisation workshop designed specifically for SME businesses to support the development or refinement of a Business Digitisation Priority Plan.
What you will get from this workshop
In the two weeks since you developed the draft plan you have had opportunity to get feedback from others in the business and examine the opportunities and roadblocks you may face to begin to implement it.
Workshop 2: Checking-In on how you've progressed the Plan
- how ready is the business to implement the plan?
- are their technology issues that have arisen since?
- budget and stakeholder issues?
There will also be a number of professional advisers from within the Chamber community in the workshop who may be able to assist with ideas and expertise.
Our aim is to help you to activate your Digitisation Priority Plan.
