This month we introduce Laura to present a fun and interactive 20 - 30 min. exploration of the behavioural patterns influencing how we communicate, make decisions, build rapport and work with others.

The hidden behavioural differences shaping how we communicate, connect and do business.

Why do some people immediately understand you, while with others it feels like you're speaking completely different languages?

Why can one conversation flow effortlessly while another leaves you frustrated, misunderstood or wondering, “What just happened?”
The answer may have less to do with what you're saying — and more to do with the behavioural differences between you.

You'll begin to explore:

Why treating people the way you want to be treated doesn't always work
The blind spots that may be influencing your communication and decisions
The strengths you may be underutilising, and where you could be spending unnecessary energy
Why different people need different things to build trust and rapport
How recognising behavioural differences can change the way you communicate, lead and do business

About our Roundtables

There are different groups - though we encourage individuals to move between these groups. Discussion is directed and moderated by our facilitator.

Participants in the groups might include (but are not limited to):

Professional & Financial Services (Legal, funding/fin services, accounting, tax, wealth management and advisory + recruitment, HR professionals, leadership, education & training, business strategy & artists etc.)
Real Estate & Property (sales & leasing, legal, finance, design /architectural service, conveyancing, fit out, building and maintenance etc.)
IT & Tech (design, develop, custom build, CRM, cyber and digital transformation etc.)

How the Chamber Supports Collaboration

The Chamber will host Expo 27 and group members will be given priority to be exhibitors
The profiles will be displayed on the Chambers website
