A Workshop: Three Women. Three Perspectives. One Transformational Experience

This workshop is interactive bringing together three women to guide participants with tools that bring personal awareness, boundaries, and consciousness collaborative transformation.

Marcela Acosta shares her framework Still Command™: The Internal Decision Architecture, supporting participants to understand how they make decisions, recognise internal patterning, and strengthen clarity under pressure. Her work helps individuals move beyond mental noise and lead from intentional awareness.

Jane Counsel facilitates Boundary House, an interactive reflection exploring how unclear or inconsistent boundaries can impact wellbeing, relationships, leadership, and self-worth. Participants gain practical insight into creating healthier alignment and more grounded ways of living and leading.

Cathy Dimarchos focuses on Conscious Collaborations - moving beyond fear, competition, and separation to create genuine frameworks where women share influence, knowledge, and power. Her work explores how intentionally conscious collaboration creates deeper connection, stronger leadership, and greater collective impact. Cathy brings a human-centred approach to transformation, showing how women standing together can create meaningful and lasting change in teams and communities.

About the Presenters

Marcela Acosta is a human with a VISION. An ex-employed professional who decided to create and lead her life in her own way.

With more than 25 years work experience in company environments within the finance industry, Marcela decided to follow her inner call and found her own path living intentionally. She believes that Global Impact is happening now, starting with the movement that we are all building together from within. We have the power to create change.

Marcela has created Still Command™: The Internal Decision Architecture, a modern framework to guide individuals who want to think clearly, act decisively, and move through pressure without mental noise.

Jane Counsel is a leadership and business coach, training facilitator and founder of thrive4women, who is passionate about helping women build courageous, values-aligned leadership and businesses that reflect who they truly are and the impact they want to have in the world.
With a corporate background spanning media, energy, and banking,  including her former role as Head of Diversity & Flexibility at Westpac,  Jane has spent the past 12 years partnering with leaders, teams and organisations across Australia and Asia Pacific.

Known for her authentic, engaging and deeply inclusive approach, Jane helps leaders and business owners move beyond surface-level success into deeper self-awareness, intentional communication, and meaningful impact.

Driven by her core values of curiosity, courage and connection, Jane believes the most sustainable and fulfilling businesses are built when there is alignment between who we are, how we lead and how we choose to live.

Cathy Dimarchos is a transformational strategist and global humanitarian operating at the intersection of billion-dollar business growth, psychology, conscious leadership, and grassroots social impact.

With more than four decades spanning finance, governance, behavioural transformation, and humanitarian leadership across Africa, she is known for redefining leadership through awareness, ethics, and human connection.

From advising high-level business leaders and Family Offices to speaking events during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games to invitation-only gatherings on Necker Island with Richard Branson’s Virgin Unite community, Cathy moves fluidly between global influence and community impact.

A TEDx speaker and internationally recognised voice in transformational leadership, she bridges what most organisations struggle to connect strategy and humanity, commercial growth and social impact, ambition and deeper purpose.

Cathy doesn’t just lead change - She changes the way people think, lead, and build legacy.
